I love the 'CAS'(Clean and simple) card type for creating something that looks pretty and is very easy for you to do at home. These can be created quickly which is good for events that sneak up on you.
These two cards are created using the All Abloom designer series paper and pistachio green paper as a mat. The stamp set is embellished events.
To create this, I stamped the focal image on whisper white in Strawberry Slush. I trimmed all around the paper and then cut a mat of pistachio green. The mat has 1/4 an inch of space around the focal point. I then matted the green onto All Abloom DSP sheet. I like having a clean edge around the card base of whisper white. The card only took about five minutes to make.
As an idea, while you have your cutting board out go ahead and cut another white, green and dsp sheet. That can be a quick 'go to' sample for when you want to create a card on the fly!
